ILEOS Announces 100% Stake in Le Papillon

Packaging manufacturer ILEOS is spreading its wings further into sampling and gift sets. The company has announced that it has taken a 100% stake in Le Papillon Inc., a leading full-service supplier and manufacturer of samples and promotional gift sets.

Established in 1975 by Watson Warriner, Le Papillon has 120 employees and two production sites located in New Jersey. The company posted a turnover of $49 million dollars in 2012, with strong continued growth.

ILEOS, managed by Pierre Hémar employs 4,000 people in 14 locations in Europe, the U.S., Brazil and China. In 2012 it will record a turnover of 350 million euros.

According to ILEOS, this acquisition reinforces its role in the full service & manufacture of unidose and samples for the fragrance and cosmetics industry through its dedicated division BIOPLAN, managed by Ludovic Anceau.
